The environment is making international news due to the social alarm that climate change is generating across all global scenarios.
At CO2Sostenible Power eco-fuels, we have dedicated special attention and thorough study to the causes behind it, concluding that fuel combustion is the leading cause of air pollution and global warming worldwide.
What are the sources and in what proportion? According to statistics, private vehicles are the most polluting, accounting for 60.6% of the total, followed by road freight transport at 27%, civil aviation at 12%, and maritime transport at 10%.
These figures justify the application of new technologies that allow us to improve combustion — something that today is a reality achieved through our reformulation, transforming fuels into high-performance, low environmental impact eco-fuels.
How have we achieved this? By measuring and controlling the oxygen levels present in city air based on location and altitude above sea level, since oxygen acts as the essential oxidizer needed for fuel combustion to take place, and at low levels, combustion becomes deficient, incomplete, and highly polluting.
At CO2Sostenible Power eco-fuels we adapt our reformulation based on location and altitude parameters, applying direct benefits to the environment, mechanical performance, and fuel efficiency. We keep engines in top condition by eliminating 80% of breakdown causes produced by combustion residue, reducing polluting emissions from diesel combustion by 60% and by 40% for gasoline, naphtha and other distillates, with an effective, tested 20% reduction in fuel consumption, delivering greater power at lower revs on any combustion engine.
What does our reformulation add to the fuel?
We add three fused active ingredients that the fuel lacks, each with completely independent actions:
1st Molecular enrichment, an essential active ingredient for achieving high-performance fuel combustion, capable of generating greater inertia in the piston’s travel within the cylinders, providing more thrust — that is, producing more propulsion energy, effectively reducing engine revs, optimizing consumption, and outstandingly increasing torque.
2nd Dispersant, essential for allowing the engine to breathe, keeping the exhaust system — that is, the particulate filter and the catalytic converter — free of carbon build-up, preventing clogging and engine overheating, facilitating the evacuation of gases, and keeping the exhaust sensors clean for their measuring function, in order to dose the amount of fuel needed based on the amount of air drawn in by the engine during the intake phase, keeping consumption to a minimum while maintaining full mechanical performance.
3rd Residue-free lubrication, essential for the injection system, since after the ban on lead in gasoline and sulfur in diesel, these were no longer available as lubricating elements due to high combustion pollution rates, under Royal Decree 287 of March 16, 2001. Their replacement is therefore essential so the injection system stays lubricated and can reach optimal working pressure, improving fuel atomization, increasing performance, reducing consumption and polluting emissions by favoring combustion, while also preventing injector seizure and injection system failure, preserving and enforcing existing emissions regulations under European legislation.

In this context, innovation and the development of technologies to promote the evolution of conventional fuels into sustainable-combustion eco-fuels is already a reality that we offer as a strategic ally for the decarbonization of the global environment, promoting responsible and sustainable consumption of oil as an essential energy source.
